1. General
These terms govern your use of the Smile Hold website and purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
Our dental retainers, whitening trays, and night guards are custom-made medical devices. They are manufactured based on the impressions or digital scans you provide. Due to the custom nature, products cannot be returned unless they are defective or don't fit (see our Guarantee).
3. Ordering
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. You must provide accurate impression or scan data. We reserve the right to reject impressions that don't meet quality standards and will offer a free redo in such cases.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept card payments, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
5. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services. Risk passes to you on delivery.
6. Fit Guarantee
If your retainer doesn't fit correctly, contact us within 30 days and we'll remake it free of charge. This guarantee applies once per order.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of the product. Refunds for defective products are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our products are dental appliances, not medical treatments. Always follow your dentist's advice. We are not liable for dental issues arising from improper use.
