We collect: name, email, phone number, shipping address, payment details (processed securely by Stripe), dental impressions/scans for product manufacturing, and usage data (cookies, analytics).

Your data is used to: process and fulfil orders, manufacture custom dental products, communicate order updates, provide customer support, improve our services, and send marketing (with consent).

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Royal Mail/DPD (shipping), our dental laboratory partners (manufacturing), and Clerk (authentication). We never sell your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain order data for 7 years for legal compliance. Dental impression data is retained for 2 years to facilitate reorders. Account data is deleted upon request.
